Orraqua

The name "Orraqua"is used in the oldest historical records of rice Shochu in Japan, comes from the Arabic word for distilled spirits. It is made from 100% rice and aged in oak barrels. This process gives Orraqua its mellow and matured flavor, and deep aroma. Orraqua's amber color comes naturally from the oak barrel aging process. All natural ingredients. No additives.

The name Sobagura means 'buckwheat granary' in Japanese. Normally Shochu made from Soba uses only about 30% Soba. Sobagura is made using 67% Soba, using only the best parts of polished buckwheat, for full Soba flavor without bitterness. Sobagura is aged for more than 3 years, giving it a mild taste, without bite.
